We are looking for, starting from 01.10.2026 or by agreement, a Medical Executive Secretary for the Clinique de pédiatrie 90% # Your tasks - our position • Organization and management of the chief physician's secretariat • Organization and planning of consultations; contact with patients and referring physicians • Drafting of medical reports and general correspondence for the chief physician • Drafting of documentation and statistics • Preparation and organization of events • Human resources administration (recruitment, hiring, and evaluation interviews) • Organizational tasks within the clinic management Your skills - our expectations • You hold a commercial training or a qualification deemed equivalent.
