We are looking for our Production department a Project Manager - backup power plant Your mission: Dedicated to our Thermatel installation functioning as a backup power plant for the Confederation, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager whose main mission is to ensure the global steering of the Thermatel program and to coordinate all the investment and maintenance projects associated with it. You furthermore guarantee a robust, structured and efficient management of the program, in compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, deadlines, quality requirements and performance objectives. Through your action, you contribute directly to the success of a long-term strategic program and to the positioning of CIMO as a reliable actor in national electricity supply security. Your activities: • Steering a portfolio of investment and maintenance projects representing a global envelope of several tens of millions of francs over the coming years • Maintaining the governance, steering methods and program monitoring processes and improving them if required • Planning, coordinating and prioritizing the different projects, stages and resources necessary • Guaranteeing compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, deadlines and quality requirements • Identifying, analyzing and controlling technical, financial, organizational and contractual risks • Implementing performance indicators and ensuring regular, clear and concise reporting to decision-making bodies (internal and external) • Coordinating the stakeholders involved in the program • Uniting teams around common objectives and facilitating decision-making • Structuring the next actions and ensuring their implementation • Promoting a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement and cost control • Ensuring the smooth flow of information between the different actors of the program You have: • An engineering-type training profile • A recognized certification in project management and/or project program management • At least five years of experience in managing major, complex projects or multi-project programs • Confirmed experience in steering significant investment envelopes and long-term projects • An excellent ability to structure, analyze and synthesize complex information • Strong skills in communication, stakeholder coordination and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectives • An excellent sense of organization, priorities and anticipation • A strong orientation towards results, efficiency and continuous improvement • A very good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage We offer you: • A strong corporate culture, based on collaboration, trust and respect • A cutting-edge technological environment, within an SME anchored in the regional economic fabric • Real professional development opportunities, with continuous training as a strategic pillar • Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility promoting work-life balance Start date: immediately or to be agreed
