Tasks:

• You ensure that the technical operation and maintenance of the properties function smoothly.
• You carry out maintenance, upkeep, and minor repair work on buildings and technical systems.
• You check and monitor the building technical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, as well as fire alarm and security systems.
• You take care of the maintenance of the outdoor areas and take over winter services.
• You coordinate external craftsmen and service companies and accompany their assignments.
• You carry out inspection and security rounds and rectify identified deficiencies.
• You assist with moves, room preparations, as well as internal transports.
• You assist with the telephone system and pay attention to order, cleanliness, as well as compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• You work closely with the various departments and are a friendly contact person for the residents.
• You take over on-call services according to the deployment planning.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a specialist in operations maintenance EFZ or a comparable training.
• Further education as a caretaker with federal diploma, caretaker HFP or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Professional experience in technical building maintenance.
• Permit according to Art. 15 NIV or the willingness to acquire it.
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working.
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and networked thinking.
• Residence in the region so that on-call assignments are possible within one hour.
• Joy in dealing with people and a friendly appearance.
