For our production team, we are looking for our future:

Toolmaker (F/M/X) at 100%

Workplace: Bienne

Your responsibilities

• Prepare tools and production equipment for our turning and grinding departments
• Manage tooling stock, electronic management "Toolbox"
• CMMS, distribution and follow-up of maintenance orders
• Collaborate with the Purchasing department to carry out requests for quotations
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools by controlling entries and exits
• Design and manufacture new production tools, such as centerless loading blocks or fixtures
• Conventional mechanical work
• Contribute to continuous improvement, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, and guarantee compliance with safety standards and manufacturer recommendations

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in mechanics, micromécanique or a training deemed equivalent. A minimum experience of 3 years would be a plus
• You possess good knowledge in the field of cutting tools and machining technologies
• You have knowledge in electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics
• You are comfortable with reading plans, diagrams and technical notices
• You master the basic tools of the Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• You demonstrate meticulousness, precision and autonomy
• Your team spirit is strong, and you possess solid organizational skills
• You are recognized for your responsibility, availability and versatility
