Your tasks * You contribute to the implementation and development of the cantonal master plan, particularly regarding inter-municipal collaboration projects (agglomeration projects, inter-municipal master plans, etc.) * You contribute to the evolution of cantonal legal bases * You contribute, according to the different roles of the SDT (steering, coordination, support), to the development of federal, cantonal, inter-municipal and municipal planning instruments (plans, reports, regulations) as well as guides, recommendations or basic studies * You develop preliminary opinions within the framework of file consultation procedures, from the perspective of legality and opportunity * You advise, based on an analysis on their part, municipalities and their agents (urbanists, architects, ...) and third parties (owners, companies, ...) in their reflections on planning instruments * You guarantee the coherence of projects with territorial impact and the compliance of planning instruments with federal and cantonal laws, as well as federal sectoral plans and the cantonal master plan * You ensure coordination between the different partners (Federal offices, municipalities, agents, State services) within the framework of the processing or development of planning instruments Your profile * You hold a university degree in geography, engineering, architecture or an equivalent training * You have several years of experience in a private office or an administration * You have a sense of interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork, as well as autonomy and initiative * You are capable of thinking conceptually and analytically * You are ready to develop your specific skills * You are resistant to stress and do not let yourself be destabilized by the difficult conditions of a constantly evolving environment * Good knowledge of planning methods and GIS is an asset * You speak French or German with very good knowledge of the second official language Commencement of duties 1 December 2026 or to be agreed upon Information * Information about the position: Service du développement territorial, M.
