While Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the Switzerland-wide leading provider of private Spitex services.   To strengthen our Care Quality Management team, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled, and independent-working personality for the Bern region as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as Regional Nursing Manager - Care Quality Manager (CQM) 80-100% #   Responsibilities ## • Professional advice and support for nursing service management in all questions regarding nursing quality • Planning and implementation of nursing professional audits as well as supporting the operations in the sustainable implementation of improvement measures • Further development, introduction and evaluation of nursing professional concepts, standards and guidelines • Systematic analysis of nursing key figures and targeted derivation of optimization measures • Active participation in forward-looking projects as well as preparation and implementation of internal training sessions • Support of new nursing service management during induction and professional support of the operations during external audits Requirement Profile ## • Diploma as a nursing professional HF or FH • Several years of leadership experience as a nursing service manager or in a comparable function • Further training in quality or health management • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • High advisory competence as well as enjoyment in supporting and developing people • Willingness to travel within the Bern region What Senevita offers ## • A varied activity with great creative freedom • A committed and collegial Care Quality Management team • Extensive further training opportunities via the Senevita Akademie • Discounted catering in the in-house gastronomy • At least 5 weeks of vacation (from 50 years 6, from 60 years 7 weeks). • Attractive social benefits and discounts at partner companies (e.g., pharmacies, fitness, petrol, insurance). ## Does this position appeal to you?
