Tasks Independent management and organization of high-rise construction sites Deployment on new and renovation construction projects of single-family homes, multi-family homes, and industrial buildings Leadership of construction site teams with up to 10 employees as well as coordination of contract workers Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily construction processes Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of work Profile Completed basic training in the construction industry Further training as a supervisor or foreman in high-rise construction is an advantage Applicants without a degree with at least 2 to 3 years of leadership experience are also welcome Good experience in high-rise construction, particularly in new construction Driver's license category B required Good German language skills in writing and speaking Applicants 50+ are welcome Applications from foreign nationals with Swiss construction site experience are desired Offer Responsible and varied activity Collaboration in an established construction company with around 40 employees Long-term perspective as a succession plan due to a retirement Company-owned accommodation available if needed Modern employment conditions
