We are looking for you to strengthen our Spitex team immediately or by arrangement: Healthcare Specialist EFZ Spitex (40 - 80%) Your core tasks - Professional care and support of clients in their home environment - Cooperation with the case-leading nursing professionals as well as other internal and external partners - Seamless electronic documentation of nursing services - Co-responsibility for the hourly planning and coordination of nursing assignments on several days per week - in addition to direct nursing work - Active co-shaping of a modern and future-oriented Spitex Your competencies - Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ - Independent, responsible and organized way of working - Enjoyment of deployment planning as well as strong coordination and organizational skills - Teamwork skills, strong communication and empathy when dealing with clients and relatives - Confident handling of digital working tools as well as mobility (driving license Cat.
