Ensuring professional, resident-oriented care as well as the further development of nursing management and quality standards. Promotion of initial and continuing education, as well as organizing internal continuing education events in cooperation with various departments. Close cooperation with residents, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists. Co-shaping the strategic development of the nursing division and responsible use of personnel and financial resources. Support from an experienced team from Quality, Education, RAI as well as a Nursing Assistant. A motivated team of topic owners, which supports the quality work in the departments. Structured introduction to the task by the current Head of Nursing. What you bring: Higher education in nursing (HF/FH) as well as recognized leadership training. Several years of leadership experience, ideally in long-term care. Joy in promoting employees and developing talents. High social and communication competence as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
