Labor market product/offer manager 80 - 100 % #

The labor market offers department is responsible for the provision and quality standard assurance of all labor market measures (AMM). Our range of AMM offers includes courses, training, and employment offers for job seekers registered with the RAV, with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labor market. To strengthen the team, we are looking for, by agreement, a service-oriented and quality-conscious person.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the needs-based planning and quality assurance of cantonal labor market measures (AMM) and you continually verify your portfolio of offers according to the needs of the RAV personnel consultancy
• You participate in the preparation of adjudications and public tenders and contribute your professional expertise to the evaluation and implementation of the AMM.
• You assume the content, organizational, and professional management of the offers (notably the examination of employment, training, and coaching concepts, visits, volume planning, etc.)
• You support the personnel consultants of the regional employment centers (RAV) in all matters relating to the qualification of job seekers and the efficient use of the AMM.
• You develop new effective training concepts and employment offers for job seekers.
• You participate in the adapted acquisition of the AMM as well as in inter-departmental projects and working groups.
• You observe the labor and training market in order to continually optimize the offers.

Your skills

• You have initial and/or continuing education in the field of training (adults) or professional integration.
• You have experience in the development and design of training or professional integration offers as well as in project management.
• You possess strong conceptual skills and master written German with ease at a high level.
• You have a great capacity for teamwork and communication, determination, and a sense of negotiation.
• You appreciate administrative tasks, have an affinity for databases, a high awareness of quality, combined with a customer orientation as well as very good proficiency in MS Office.
