As a Quality Engineer in Customer Support, you make a decisive contribution to efficient quality management. You process customer returns independently and decide on your own responsibility regarding the appropriate method for problem analysis. In doing so, you act as a connecting interface between customer, development, and sales and contribute significantly to quality enhancement, continuous product improvement, and customer satisfaction.
This is what you get up for in the morning:
You systematically analyze our electronic sensors
You create sound quality reports (8D / 4D) and work closely with marketing and sales in the process
You process internal and external quality reports and initiate suitable improvement measures
You lead cross-organizational 8D teams and take over technical customer communication - clear, precise, and solution-oriented
You organize and moderate internal quality circles, also cross-location with our international subsidiaries
You support the quality manager during internal and external audits
This is what we want from you:
A successfully completed electronic or electromechanical basic training with further education to Electronics Engineer HF / FH
Several years of practical experience in the "electrical engineering" environment or in device analysis with a focus on electronics, as well as very good understanding of pressure and sensor technology
Sound experience with quality methods such as 8D analyses and FMEAs
Experience in conducting process and product audits
Professional and efficient customer communication, even with technically demanding topics
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
A solution-oriented, structured way of working with high quality standards and pleasure in improving things sustainably
