Sector Manager Fresh Market 100%

Your tasks:

• Leadership and development of around 7 employees in the areas of butchery, dairy, fruit, and vegetables
• Coordination and organization of daily business as well as ensuring smooth processes
• Creating the deployment planning and demand-oriented assignment of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals, supporting employees in daily work, and targeted promotion of their further development
• Taking on an active role model function and creating a motivating, appreciative working environment
• Ensuring sales readiness and optimal product presentation in the fresh areas
• Expertly advising and serving our customers as well as telephone sales
• Assisting in the implementation of seasonal and promotional displays
• Working in the fresh area at approx. 15 °C as well as managing frozen products at approx. -20°C

Your profile:

• Experience in a leadership or coordinative function, ideally in wholesale or retail
• Enjoyment in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Strong skills in organization, coordination, and prioritization
• Confident and appreciative demeanor as well as enjoyment of employee appraisals and daily communication
• Experience in wholesale or retail; knowledge in the areas of butchery, dairy, fruit, and vegetables is an advantage
• Training in retail, wholesale, the food industry, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and high readiness for service
• Careful, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Well-groomed appearance and very good German skills
• Flexibility, teamwork, and the willingness to take on responsibility
• Good physical resilience; in our wholesale, products with a weight of up to 25 kg are moved
