Your mission: lead the way, roll up your sleeves, bring the energy transition to the roof

• You lead your installation team technically on the construction site and lead by example
• You organize and manage the solar installation independently, from preparation to clean completion.
• You install photovoltaic systems on the roof, in the roof, and on the facade, including the substructure, and roll up your own sleeves.
• You are responsible for processes, quality, and occupational safety and ensure the optimal use of material and machines.
• You coordinate with project managers, clients, electrical installers, and other trades and keep the construction site documentation clean.
• You assist with large-scale storage and battery systems and solve technical challenges directly on site.

Your profile: strong craftsmanship, ready to lead, confident on the roof

• Several years of experience in photovoltaic installation, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience.
• Manual vocational training, for example as an electrical installer, roofer, tinsmith, timber construction worker, or carpenter, or something comparable.
• Experience with roof-mounted, in-roof, and facade systems, ABS experience is an advantage.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and can motivate a team.
• Free from vertigo, physically fit, diligent, and independent in your work.
• Driver's license Cat. B and good German skills.
• A plus, but not a must: training as a solar technician or solar installer according to Swissolar or Polybau standards.
