Payroll Specialist, 80-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the monthly payroll runs and ensure that everything is correct on payday.
• You process salary mutations, allowances, premiums, expenses, and corrections – accurately and on time
• You manage social insurance and statutory contributions and are the contact person for insurance companies and authorities
• You take care of withholding tax, family allowances, as well as accident, sickness, and other daily allowance cases
• You maintain an overview of absences and salary-relevant data and ensure their correct processing
• You undertake payroll reconciliations, monthly and annual closings, including the necessary settlements and salary certificates
• You ensure clean payroll data and high data quality in the payroll system and support evaluations and statistical surveys
• You actively participate in the further development of payroll processes and systems and support the HR management with exciting payroll projects

Your profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of payroll
• Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; withholding tax, social insurance, and labor law
• Experience with one of the common ERPs, good knowledge of Excel
• Personal responsibility, team player, a high quality standard, and strong self-organization skills
• Native German or level (C1 with diploma), French is an advantage

• Employment conditions: 42h/ week and 5 weeks vacation, from age 50 6 weeks, flexible working hours
• Benefits: PK 60/40 with choice plan up to 60/60, KTG: 2 months 100% then 80%
• Home-Office: 1 day per week at 100%
