To strengthen our legal department based in Bienne, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a/an

Specialist in trademarks and models (m/f/d) 100%

Main tasks

Management of the trademark and model portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:

• Advising Group companies on the protection of their trademarks and models
• Filing, renewal, and analysis of trademark and model portfolios
• Trademark availability searches and monitoring of newly filed trademarks and models
• Processing and management of evidence of trademark use
• Handling of disputes, as the case may be, in collaboration with external lawyers
• Monitoring of various procedures and deadlines
• Instructing and managing external lawyers
• Reporting to management
• Various administrative tasks related to portfolio management

Profile

Required profile

• Specialist in trademark and model law with legal training or from a HEG
• Several years of experience in the field of trademark and model protection, preferably in an international environment.
• Native French or German speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and oral)
• Team spirit, loyalty, availability, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Precision, autonomy, reactivity, and analytical skills
