For our client, a successful and innovative production company in the region, we are looking for several motivated and reliable personalities as Plant Operator m/f/d (80%-100%) starting immediately or by agreement.

Job Description

• Operating, monitoring and setting up production plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Carrying out quality controls according to specifications
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and reporting technical problems
• Documentation of production data
• Packing, labeling and preparing the produced goods
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations
• Supporting the team with general production work

Requirement Profile

• Completed technical or manual training is an advantage
• Experience as a plant operator or in a production plant is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines
• Quality-conscious and independent way of working
• Physical resilience and reliability
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
