For our customers, leading hospitals and nursing homes in Neerach, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who contributes with heart and expertise to the optimal care of patients.

Your tasks – Care at the highest level

• Professional and individual care of patients according to their health status
• Coordination and management of the nursing process in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and advising relatives in the nursing process
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous improvement of nursing processes
• Support and instruction of assistant and specialist staff

Your profile – Your contribution to holistic care

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
• Willingness for professional development and participation in further training
