Station Park A offers adults between the ages of 18 and 60, support and help in crisis situations, difficult phases of life. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The station's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with general crisis intervention techniques and milieu-therapeutic Wirkfaktoren. Park A works with the focus on acceptance and commitment therapy
Your tasks
Individual, professional nursing and care of the patients during the night
Active co-shaping of the therapeutic milieu of the station
Creating a safe and calm atmosphere

Showing understanding towards the patients and their individual psychological and somatic problems
Your profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
You bring interest in the psychiatric specialist field
You enjoy working independently and can make targeted decisions
You have experience with crisis management and de-escalation
You are open-minded and enjoy working with patients who must cope with crises and are looking for ways to shape a life with the illness in which they feel comfortable
You meet them with empathy and openness
You are a team player, communicative and prudent personality and can make independent decisions for the benefit of the patients
