Electronics Technician

You are passionate about electronics and wish to evolve in a demanding technological environment, within a company recognized for the quality of its products and its innovations? Responsibilities Diagnose and repair circuits, components and electronic boards. Identify root causes of failures, propose corrective actions and design improvements. Document each intervention precisely and in a way that is usable by R&D, production and after-sales service teams. Be able to provide first-level technical support to partners and customers, client failure management. Use a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management or similar) to ensure the traceability of interventions. Ensure a key role in after-sales service, analyze recurring incidents, propose product improvements. Communicate clearly in English (oral/written) with international customers. Profile CFC, ES Technician or equivalent in electronics. Excellent communication in French and English (oral + written). Organization, autonomy, documentary rigor. Strong sense of customer service and ability to simplify a technical problem. Natural curiosity for innovation, continuous improvement and product quality.
