The Evangelische Frauenbund Zürich has been committed to the concerns and rights of women and children for over 135 years. Our association is a denominationally independent, women-led organization with a long charitable tradition. Our diverse areas of responsibility include counseling for women, the children's home and the Kita Pilgerbrunnen, as well as the settlements Brahmshof and Pilgerbrunnen with over 100 apartments. The counseling for women is a contact point for psychosocial and legal questions. For our social counseling at the Winterthur location, we are looking for an experienced and independent Social Worker FH ## Your tasks: • Independent management of the counseling center in Winterthur • Resource- and solution-oriented social counseling • Networking and triage with other specialist centers and volunteer organizations • Creating applications for financial aid for clients to foundations • Collaboration in fundraising and writing accountability reports for foundations • Continuous further development of the counseling centers in close cooperation with the social worker at the Zurich location • Conceptualizing, planning and organizing (incl. fundraising) events and support offers at a proportional workload of 10% We expect: • Training as a Social Worker FH with several years of professional experience in counseling • Sound knowledge of social insurance and services in the social sector • High quality standards for the counseling work and enjoyment of continuous development in the team with the social worker at the Zurich location • Interest in women-specific topics • Empathy and the ability to set boundaries • Strong independence, personal responsibility and reliability • Positive view of humanity, understanding for difficult life situations We offer: • Diverse, independent and responsible task with a lot of personal responsibility and great scope for design at the Winterthur location • Good working atmosphere in a motivated, small team • Modern employment conditions with attractive pension fund benefits • Regular further training and supervisions Interested?
