Tasks •As part of our service team, you are the first point of contact for our guests and residents in the dining hall, in the restaurant, and at events •You are a host with heart and soul and maintain an overview even in stressful situations •Close cooperation with the service team •Through attentive, guest-oriented behavior, you ensure satisfaction and excellent service for our guests and residents •At events, you convince through organizational talent and commitment. Requirements •Completed training in hospitality/service •Appreciative, courteous, and caring interaction with residents and guests •Joy in interacting with people •Customer-oriented and proactive actions •Solution-oriented working •Very good German skills •Confident handling of PC skills •Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive charisma
