Area of responsibility Lead demanding digital audit projects, particularly in the area of IT General Controls (ITGCs), and support the examination of ERP systems and business processes. Identify weaknesses in IT control systems, analyze risks, and develop tailored recommendations for optimization. Develop innovative solutions that cater to the individual needs and challenges of our clients. Build strong customer relationships, present convincingly, and win new projects to further strengthen our market position. Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment, promote the development of your colleagues, and share your knowledge. Use modern technologies such as data analysis, automation, and AI to make our audit processes more efficient and future-oriented. Requirements profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information System Management, Management, or a comparable course of study. CISA or CISM certification (or willingness to acquire it). 5-6 years of experience in the areas of IT audit, IT consulting, or the examination of IT-supported business processes at a Big4 company. Proven successes in business development as well as in leading offers and pitches. Outstanding skills in project management and in leading and developing teams.
