Senior HR Consultant (w/m/d) 80% # • Lausanne • Galenica AG • Région lémanique (GE, VD, VS) • Human Resources This is what you can achieve ## • You advise and support managers as well as employees in all personnel-related issues throughout the employee life cycle. • You accompany demanding personnel situations and support managers in employee discussions as well as labor law topics. • You manage case management cases, coordinate measures for absences, and work closely with insurance companies as well as external agencies. • You support the implementation of the personnel strategy, work closely with the HR Business Partners, and promote occupational health management. • You actively participate in HR projects as well as in the continuous optimization and further development of HR processes and services. • You actively participate in leadership meetings and ensure the flow of information regarding HR-relevant topics. This is what you bring with you ## • You have several years of experience as an HR Consultant in advising and supporting managers and employees. • You have completed further training in HRM (e.g., HR-Fachfrau/-mann); business administration training with an HR focus is an advantage. • You have sound knowledge of HR management as well as Swiss labor and social insurance law. • You bring a high IT affinity and ideally experience with SAP. • You are an independent, flexible, and solution-oriented personality with a willingness to travel within Switzerland. Ideally, you live in the Lausanne region, in the Canton of Vaud, or in Valais. • You convince through your strong communication and teamwork skills, high discretion, and a professional appearance. You are proficient in French at a business level and bring at least a good basic level of German; further language skills are an advantage.
