Learn more about UZH as an employer! ### Tasks Integrated into the dean's office team, you will support the External Relations area in various communicative and administrative tasks. Your core tasks include the research and preparation of social media posts, the creation and evaluation of surveys, the maintenance of the website, and participation in the organization and implementation of events. Furthermore, you will also assist in other areas of responsibility (e.g., Alumni Relations or study operations) if required. Profile You are a curious, sociable, committed, creative, and tech-savvy personality with an exact and reliable way of working as well as a quick grasp of new concepts. As a careful, organized, and service-oriented person, you always maintain an overview and proactively contribute your own ideas. You familiarize yourself independently and efficiently with new subject areas and do not shy away from hard work. You have already been able to gain initial experience in (corporate) communication and in handling common social media channels (especially Instagram). Basic knowledge in video production, with video editing or design programs (e.g., Adobe InDesign or Photoshop) and with content management systems is also an advantage. You are also willing to stand in front of the camera yourself. Stylish German and good knowledge of English round off your profile. The position is particularly suitable for students in the field of communication, journalism, business administration, or similar.
