The rural municipality of Siblingen with around 900 inhabitants is located in the midst of the vineyards of the Klettgau. The cantonal capital Schaffhausen is reachable in 15 minutes by public and private transport. In the schulergänzende Betreuung Siblingen (SEB), children from 1st kindergarten to 3rd Oberstufe are competently and holistically cared for during lunch and after school. To complement our team, we are looking for a skilled, flexible and motivated specialist, who will complete our team with much passion, as of 01. October 2026 or by arrangement. We are looking for a • Specialist in Childcare EFZ (20% workload) «With heart and professional competence for our children» Your tasks: • Care and accompaniment of the children during lunch and in the afternoon • Support of the children with their homework *Co-designing a varied and child-friendly everyday care routine • Promotion of respectful and appreciative interaction • Cooperation with parents, school and the childcare team • Taking on responsibility in everyday childcare What you bring with you: • Training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ or an equivalently recognized training • Joy in working with children and adolescents • An appreciative, patient and warm manner with children • Sense of responsibility and independent way of working • Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team • Readiness to actively contribute to our small and committed team Does that sound like you?
