At Begegnungszentrum Rüdlingen, our operation includes two self-catering houses and a small hotel with a simple standard. We are a small team with flat hierarchies and short paths.
Your main task: Cleaning
You ensure that our rooms, spaces, and houses are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next guests. Cleaning is your main area. At the same time, you are part of a small team where everyone helps out wherever support is currently needed.
This can mean, for example:

• Assistance with breakfast and food service
• Dishwashing and support in the kitchen
• Small preparatory tasks
• General work around the operation
• Stepping in and helping out where someone is currently needed

You fit with us if …

• you have good German language skills – German is mandatory for this position
• you enjoy working independently and carefully
• you are reliable and keep an overview
• you enjoy a varied working day
• you like to roll up your sleeves and see yourself as a team player
• you are flexible and willing to work on weekends as well

Experience in cleaning, hospitality, gastronomy, or housekeeping is an advantage. Even more important to us are your motivation, your reliability, and your willingness to help out in the team.
What awaits you with us

• A small, personal team
• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
• Cleaning as a clear main area with varied additional tasks
• An uncomplicated and collegial working environment
• Employment according to L-GAV
• Good pension fund solution
• Free parking
• Good public transport connections – the bus stop is located directly in front of the door
• A workplace where teamwork really counts

Fancy becoming part of our team?
Then we look forward to your application and to getting to know you!
