Junior building project manager for a major brand in Switzerland!

Apply About the role ## Our client, a major structure in Switzerland, is looking for a project manager to manage the execution of a key renovation project in Geneva. You will join a small team of experienced project managers where you will have the opportunity to quickly gain autonomy to manage an important renovation project for the structure. You will be in charge of managing the relationship with service providers and suppliers as well as monitoring deliverables and project quality. Tasks ## • Coordinate a renovation project of several buildings • Collaborate with service providers for project management and safety monitoring on construction sites • Perform follow-up with suppliers • Supervise the budget and guarantee the quality of final deliverables • Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and current standards • Coordinate internal and external teams and ensure regular reporting We are looking for ## • You have initial experience in construction and renovation project management • You master project management tools (MS Project, GANTT ...) • You are comfortable with IT tools and ERPs • You have good knowledge of current Swiss standards in the construction sector (a real +) • You are available quickly and would like to commit for the long term But above all, you are an organized, proactive, solution-oriented and intellectually curious person.
