Your tasks • You lead a team of professional guardians in technical, organizational, and personnel aspects. • You conduct guardianships in adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority. • You advise, support, or represent the affected persons in legal, administrative, welfare, and financial matters, including income and asset management. • You collaborate with internal and external specialist agencies. • You actively participate in projects for the further development of the area. Your profile • You have completed a degree in Social Work and have undergone further professional training, for example with the CAS in Mandate Management in Child and Adult Protection. • You have leadership training. • You bring several years of experience in statutory social work or in managing adult protection measures. • You are a committed and solution-oriented leadership personality and convince with clear communication. • You are IT-savvy and motivated to actively help shape digitalization projects. In the Sozialen Diensten, over 150 employees work for residents in emergency situations. We advise and support them in the areas of securing existence, adult protection, as well as social and professional integration. The position is assigned to the guideline function "Fachbereichsleiter*in 2, Lohnklassen 15-17". The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience.
