Your tasks

• Perform order processing and offer creation for customers
• Manage and organize the spare parts warehouse independently
• Competently advise and support specialist retail partners and end customers
• Process complaints as well as independently handle warranty processing

Your profile

• Completed technical training required
• Very good communication skills and a winning manner
• Independent, precise, and resilient way of working
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
