To strengthen our team in the Complementary Benefits division, we are looking for a Lawyer (40 to 60%) Your tasks • Drafting of decisions on opposition in the field of complementary benefits, in particular for French-speaking files. • Representation of the Berne Compensation Fund before the Administrative Court and the Federal Court. • Advising employees in charge of processing files as well as specialists. • Analyzing legal and social developments in order to identify measures to be implemented within the service. Your profile • University degree in law; a lawyer's patent is an asset. • Several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company, administration or law firm. • In-depth knowledge of property law, family law, inheritance law and procedural law. • Experience in conducting court proceedings. • Bilingualism (German and French) is essential for this function. • Professional experience in the field of social insurance law is desirable.
