What you can achieve

• Independent planning, coordination, and execution of internal investigations within the assigned area of responsibility with a focus on "Personal Integrity"
• Creation of structured investigation plans as well as careful documentation of all investigative actions
• Preparation, execution, and evaluation of interviews
• Analysis and examination of documents as well as other relevant evidence
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• Creation of meaningful investigation reports and preparation of results for relevant stakeholders
• Participation in the further development and optimization of processes, and where appropriate, taking over the deputy role for the Head of Investigation

What you bring with you

• Completed university or higher education degree in law
• Experience in internal investigations
• Very good understanding of compliance requirements, governance, and relevant processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to prepare complex facts appropriately for the target group
• Fluent German skills, good English skills, further language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation and high personal integrity

About the department

The Investigation organization, which is currently being established, is an integral part of Compliance and is steadily gaining importance due to increasing regulatory requirements and growing awareness for integrity and responsible action. The department deals with the structured and professional investigation of internal and external reports regarding potential misconduct.
In doing so, Investigation makes an important contribution to strengthening a sustainable compliance culture and to the continuous development of the organization.
