Under the management of the Marketing & Communication department, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the marketing and communication strategy of the Deutsche Schule Genf. Your particular focus lies on editorial and digital communication. Your tasks * Development and implementation of the editorial plan based on the defined strategy and priorities * Proactive identification of relevant topics, independent research and creation of target-group-oriented content * Support and continuous updating of our website, newsletters and social media channels * Creation of editorial, graphic as well as photo and video content, especially with Canva and Adobe Express * Observation of current social media trends as well as development of new formats and ideas * Monitoring of the most important digital KPIs, analysis of the performance of our measures and derivation of concrete optimization recommendations * Coordination of the DSG yearbook * Operational coordination and implementation of our most important marketing events, especially our open house day Your profile * Higher education or studies with a focus on digital marketing, digital communication or comparable digital orientation * 3--5 years of professional experience in digital communication, digital marketing or content marketing * Excellent editorial skills and a strong sense for relevant topics and storytelling * Very good knowledge of social media as well as current trends, formats and platforms * Experience in the management of websites/CMS and newsletter tools * Good visual sense and confident handling of Canva and/or Adobe Express * Good understanding of digital performance as well as confident handling of analysis and reporting tools * Strong interest in generative AI, automation and new digital ways of working * German at native level with excellent written expression as well as very good French and English skills * Independent and creative way of working, excellent organizational and project management skills as well as initiative What we offer A versatile position with a strong editorial, digital and creative focus and a high degree of independence in an international school environment.
