Metalworker Railway Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a skilled personality as a Metalworker Track Maintenance (m/f/d). In this role, you will work directly on track systems and ensure with your team that operations function safely and reliably. A practical task outdoors awaits you, with shift work, technology, and much responsibility.

Tasks

• Execution of metalworking, welding, and maintenance work on track systems
• Professional maintenance of systems, components, and technical facilities
• Preparation of materials, tools, and vehicles for on-site deployments
• Documentation of the work performed and compliance with operational specifications
• Support during revisions, malfunctions, and planned maintenance work
• Participation in improvements to processes, safety, and work quality

Profile

• Training in the metal industry, e.g., as a metalworker, locksmith, or comparable qualification
• Experience in the area of track construction, railway systems, or infrastructure is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shift operations as well as night, weekend, and on-call services
• Driver's license Cat. B, Cat. C is an advantage or willingness to acquire these
• Good physical condition and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented way of working
