Job description
Group Leader 100 % sought A place to grow - for children and adults. Chinderstube Mettmi is located in the heart of Mettmenstetten. In our cozy single-family house with a large garden, we care for the children in two mixed-age groups. At the center for us are loving, respectful relationships and the individual development of each child. Inspired by Emmi Pikler, we accompany the youngest in particular with mindfulness and give them security, space for independence, and trust in their own abilities. Lots of time in nature, joint discovery, and an appreciative togetherness characterize our daily routine. To complement our team, we are looking for a group leader (100 %) who shares our attitude and at the same time brings in their own personality and strengths. This is what we want from you You see yourself as a companion to the children. You meet them at eye level, perceive their needs and interests attentively, and create a safe framework in which they can unfold at their own pace. As a group leader, you take on responsibility, lead your group clearly, present, and with heart. You accompany your team in everyday life, support learners in their development, and value an open, honest feedback culture. You bring with you:
