Your mission ## Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of a portfolio of buildings placed under your responsibility, in compliance with safety rules and with professionalism (approximately 60 %). Manage the collection of containers from the buildings under contract and carry out various handling tasks, such as clearing out, moving, and deliveries (approximately 40 %). Your mission will notably consist of : • using the specific cleaning products and machines that will be provided to you ; • scrupulously following a specification sheet ; • ensuring the proper functioning of technical installations ; • guaranteeing access to the various service providers ; • performing minor maintenance work on green spaces ; • contributing to maintaining a good quality of life for the residents of the buildings under your responsibility ; • performing any other handling task that may be assigned to you. Your profile ## • Sense of service and politeness. • Experience in cleaning and/or concierge services mandatory. • Practical sense and resourcefulness. • Taste for order and cleanliness. • Ease in contacts. • Category B driving license mandatory.
