Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Care School Bachtobel, 70 %

For our after-school care center at Schule Bachtobel, we are looking for reinforcement as of 25 August 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

You will work four to five days per week in a versatile field of activity for the care of students of primary school age. In the care team, you will work together with other after-school care leaders and specialists in care and will be supported in the catering area by the catering team. More precise details regarding working hours can be discussed in a personal interview with the Head of Care.

Your tasks include:

• Design of the school-based care for the students
• Organization of daily operations (pedagogy, general organization, administration)
• Planning and implementation of leisure and care activities
• You ensure appropriate parental work taking into account different cultural, social, and linguistic backgrounds
• Cooperation with the Head of Care in organization and administrative work

Profile ##

• As an after-school care leader, you have a degree in Social Pedagogy / Social Work (FH / HF), a primary school teaching diploma, or an equivalent qualification. For foreign diplomas, Swiss diploma recognition is a mandatory requirement
• As a specialist in care, you have a qualification as a Specialist in Care (EFZ) / Early Childhood Educator or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the care of children
• Flexible, motivated, and balanced personality, with high social competence and a cooperative attitude
• Good German skills and a flair for organizational tasks
• Joy and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and participation in school development
