For our Industrial division, we are looking for the German-speaking part of Switzerland, immediately or by arrangement, for a dynamic and success-oriented

Sales Coding 80% – 100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the sale of coding products and solutions in Eastern Switzerland
• Active new customer acquisition as well as support and further development of existing customers
• Analysis of customer needs and development of suitable solutions
• Creation of offers as well as independent negotiation until closing
• Planning and implementation of sales activities in your own territory
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments (technology, internal sales)
• Identification and use of cross-selling potentials within our product portfolio
• Active contribution to the growth and further development of the department

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training or strong technical understanding
• Several years of experience in field sales, ideally of capital goods in an industrial environment
• Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and a good closing rate
• Organizational talent with a structured, planned way of working
• Communication and presentation strength with high negotiation skills
• Ability to build sustainable partnerships
• Team-oriented, proactive and reliable personality
• Very good German skills and confident handling of Swiss German as well as good English skills (at least B2)
