Télé-Thyon S.A. is a dynamic and expanding company, active in the field of mechanical lifts, accommodation rental and catering. A Barman / Barmaid To complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Télé-Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department: Your missions: - Stock up on products and tidy up the bar; - Carry out the daily inventory of needs for restocking; - Set up products and equipment according to established work procedures; - Welcome customers and prepare drinks according to detailed technical sheets; - Serve customers at the counter, in the room or on the terrace; - Proceed with the billing and collection of consumption; - Clear tables and counter then ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the bar; - Do the glassware; - Inform customers about the establishment's activities and offers; - Apply the establishment's commercial policy; - Ensure customer satisfaction; - Contribute to the snow removal of the terrace and access to the restaurant when necessary. Your profile: - Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of welcome and customer service; - Ease with customer relationship codes; - Excellent memory, skill and speed of execution; - Good command of English; - Team spirit and sense of organization; - Excellent presentation, sense of professionalism and punctuality; - Dynamism and good resistance to stress; - Commercial fiber; - Prior knowledge of the restaurant's offer, menu and wines; - Good level of skiing or snowboarding allowing to reach the workplace safely in all weather conditions; - Knowledge of the station's events and the ski area (cabin schedules, names of surrounding mountains, ...).
