Your task ##

• Implementation of IT projects in cloud and on-premise environments
• Analysis and further development of existing IT infrastructures for medium-sized customers
• Processing of technical inquiries in second-level support
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Several years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix and VMware technologies
• Ability for structured documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
• Committed and motivated personality
• Communicative strength in German and English
