In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, advance digital financial processes, and create real added value for the entire group. FP&A Financial Systems Analyst # Your field of activity • You ensure the stable operation and administration of IBM Planning Analytics and contribute to high system availability as well as data quality • In collaboration with Group FP&A, you develop data models, planning processes, reports, and dashboards, and technically implement business requirements • You optimize and automate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes on a group scale in order to reduce manual tasks • You strengthen operational security through structured analyses, find sustainable solutions in your area of responsibility, and actively support releases, testing, and interface connections • In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you develop practical solutions and support users in their professional daily work • Through documentation, training materials, as well as digital and AI-assisted approaches, you contribute to the continuous development of the financial systems landscape What you bring • You have a university degree or higher professional training in business informatics, business administration with an IT orientation, or informatics with an interest in finance • Initial professional experience in Business Intelligence, financial systems, corporate performance management, or data analysis constitutes a solid basis for this function • Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes interest you and you want to effectively combine finance and technology • Ideally, you possess knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics or a comparable planning solution • A structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you and you communicate confidently in German; knowledge of English is an asset We do not wish to receive applications from recruitment agencies.
