Your Tasks

• Looking after customers on the phone, via email, and in personal exchange
• Processing quotations, orders, and contracts in internal sales
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable in daily business: invoices, incoming payments, and open items
• Supporting administrative HR topics: personnel files, entries and exits, as well as absences
• Organizing everyday office life and taking on general administrative tasks
• Thinking ahead, keeping an overview, and helping to implement improvements
