Our Kita is more than just a place of care - it is a lively, loving learning and living space for the little ones. In two mixed-age groups, we care for 24 children from the age of three months until they start kindergarten. And this is exactly where you come in! To complement our team, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist (60%) by arrangement. Your area of responsibility - versatile & responsible ? Together with the group leader, you lovingly accompany a group of approx. 12 children through everyday life ? You design varied, development-promoting activities - always with an eye on our pedagogical orientation (BULG) ? You maintain our premises and ensure order and safety ? You take on responsibility - also taking the lead sometimes when your group leader is not there. Your competencies - what you bring with you - You have completed training as FaBe Kind EFZ or an equivalent qualification - You bring experience in nursery everyday life - and above all, a lot of heart - You are open, team-oriented and flexible - You bring basic PC skills - You are physically resilient and involved with full commitment.
