• You look after our customers from the appointment scheduling to the vehicle handover
• You create offers and explain the planned work transparently and understandably
• You coordinate appointments with the workshop, parts service, and sales
• You recognize additional needs and address them actively
• You ensure a smooth process including replacement mobility and vehicle handover
• You process customer requests and strengthen customer loyalty

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training in the automotive sector with EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you bring experience in the customer service of a garage business
• You have a good technical understanding - experience with VW is a plus
• You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented
• You present yourself in a friendly, well-groomed, and convincing manner
• You are proficient in using digital tools
• You possess a category B driver's license

By arrangement, private use of the workshop infrastructure outside of opening hours for all workshop employees (for personal needs).
