Stiftung Schönhalde creates living and working spaces in which people with mental health and addiction-related challenges can contribute their skills, develop, and participate in social life. Head of Day Structure & Member of the Executive Board (80-100 %) ##

For the next development phase, we are looking for an experienced, empathetic, and team-oriented personality who takes responsibility, enjoys co-designing, and further develops our Day Structure and Work Integration area.

• You assume overall responsibility for the day structure and further develop it together with the current job holder and your team.
• You build up the area of vocational integration and develop suitable offers and structures.
• You engage with the IBB requirements and the UN-BRK guidelines and put them into practice.
• As a member of the Executive Board, you actively participate in the strategic development of Stiftung Schönhalde.

Your responsibility

• You lead and develop the areas of Day Structure and Work Integration professionally, personally, organizationally, and economically.
• You design framework conditions in which people can contribute their skills, develop, and find a suitable place to work.
• You conduct conversations regarding work offers in the entry process and develop suitable solutions together with those involved.
• You strengthen existing networks and build new networks and cooperations with companies, authorities, institutions, and other partners.
• You contribute your ideas, think in networks, and further develop the area with joy and foresight.

• you have higher education in the social sector and leadership experience.
