Head of Gastronomy

Introduction

In this varied role, you will take responsibility for the entire gastronomy area during a wide variety of events and lead your team with expertise and passion.

Tasks

• Operational responsibility for bar operations
• Leadership, deployment planning, and coaching of the bar team
• Ensuring a professional guest experience at events
• Simple preparation of meals and snacks
• Ordering, purchasing of goods, and inventory management
• Administrative work and general office tasks
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of events

Your Profile

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally with a focus on bars
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Independent, reliable, and organized way of working
• Good physical resilience and flexibility
• Understanding Swiss German is mandatory
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
