A real estate management company located in the Fribourg region and active mainly in French-speaking Switzerland, we are pursuing our development and are looking for a Real Estate Brokerage Assistant (M/F), from 50 %, with the possibility of evolution up to 100 %.

Your missions

Assist the management and members of the brokerage team
Ensure the administrative and organizational follow-up of files
Manage contacts with clients, prospects, and partners
Participate in prospecting and portfolio development
Ensure active monitoring of the local real estate market
Ensure marketing, communication, and social media activities
Contribute to the general smooth running of the office

Your profile

Commercial training or equivalent
Interpersonal skills and sense of welcome
Commercial flair and sense of customer service
Versatility, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
Seriousness, reliability, and stability
Very good command of French
Ease with IT and digital tools
Knowledge of the local real estate market, an asset
