As part of our commitment to professional training, we are looking for our Neuchâtel agency, for the August 2027 intake, a:
Apprentice commercial employee CFC - Real estate / fiduciary sector
Your apprenticeship:
During your apprenticeship as a commercial employee, you will be specifically trained in real estate professions. Within our services, you will progressively learn to perform the following tasks:
Reception:
Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our clientele (tenants, owners, suppliers),
Provide information on rentals, organize visits to the various apartments for rent,
Ensure good key management,
Create and control tenant files,
Process incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Management - rental and technical part:
Manage telephone calls,
Prepare lease agreements and amendments,
Guarantee the establishment of work orders and requests for quotes,
Process tenant terminations,
Carry out various correspondence and various administrative tasks related to management,
Manage scanning and archiving.
Your profile:
Motivated, serious and eager to acquire solid professional experience,
You have an interest in the real estate field,
You demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail,
You enjoy contact with clientele and have a sense of service,
You enjoy teamwork,
You are comfortable with usual IT tools (Word, Excel),
You have a good command of French, orally and in writing,
Place of residence easily accessible from the workplace (Neuchâtel) and the training location (La Chaux-de-Fonds).
