Chocolate Production Deformation Team Leader #

Tasks

• Responsible for the management of employees in shift work
• Monitoring and control of occupational safety, quality, and indicators in the area of responsibility
• Participation in production and personnel planning
• Participation in investment projects as well as in the implementation of KVP/Lean projects
• Coordination and consultation with internal interfaces

Requirements

• Successful training in the food industry or technical training (HFP / industrial team leader an asset)
• Experience in the management of employees
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in food production
• Technical understanding and experience with plant control systems an asset
• Good IT knowledge (MS-Office), SAP an asset
