Our Centre de Compétences en Réinsertion Professionnelle (CCRP) has a 720 m² space allowing patients to test their abilities against the concrete requirements of different trades: administration, mechanics, welding, wood, construction, and fine dexterity activities.

(Activity rate of 80%) ####

Your main missions ###

• Supervise insured patients for the evaluation of professional aptitudes.
• Develop integrated professional evaluations, according to internal standards.
• Write the final patient-insured care report, in collaboration with vocational guidance psychologists.
• Manage your agenda for the planning of adapted activities for patients, including external internships.
• Establish contacts with the rehabilitation advisors from the AI office and the Suva case managers.
• Manage the materials and supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the workshops and apply hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure availability within the CCRP during the insured patient reception hours (8am-5pm), in liaison with colleagues.

Our expectations ###

• ES socioprofessional instructor diploma
• Training in the industrial or mechanical field
• Ideally, experience (3 years) in a similar function
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Ability for flexibility and adaptation
• Great interpersonal ease and excellent interpersonal skills
• Mastery of common IT tools and the French language (minimum level B2)
