Senior Fiduciary Accountant – 80 to 100 % FIDASSUR Sàrl, a fiduciary based in Meyrin, is looking for a senior fiduciary accountant to strengthen its team and independently manage a portfolio of mandates composed of companies and freelancers. Your responsibilities You will notably be in charge of: Full bookkeeping Accounts receivable and accounts payable management Accounting reconciliations and controls Preparation of VAT returns Year-end closing work and annual closings Preparation of annual accounts Tax returns for legal entities Monitoring deadlines for your portfolio Exchanges and appointments with clients for accounting questions Identification and monitoring of possible anomalies or missing information Documentation of important file specifics to ensure structured follow-up The position does not include auditing or audit work. Your profile You have: An CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training, ideally completed by accounting training A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with practical experience in a Swiss fiduciary Ideally 4 to 7 years of experience, including several years in a fiduciary A good command of Swiss accounting, VAT, closings, and corporate taxation Experience in the autonomous management of several mandates A very good command of French and Microsoft 365 A diploma in accounting, a federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting, or a fiduciary agent constitutes an asset, but practical experience and autonomy are decisive. Knowledge of Crésus also constitutes an advantage.
